This juice is easy to prepare and jam-packed with essential vitamins and minerals, all while being tremendously low in calories.

It provides vital enzymes to improve your digestive health, detoxifying properties to cleanse the blood, liver and kidneys and improves your immune system. Additionally, it is fantastic for alkalizing the body, which reduces inflammation and promotes energy within the body.

We include a teaspoon of flaxseeds into this juice, as the taste in mixing is neutral and is a good way to boost protein, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids in your daily diet.

As a light and hydrating juice, it is very easily absorbed in your digestive system – especially when you drink it on an empty stomach. We recommend drinking this juice therefore first thing in the morning to maximise its benefits.

An amazing juice full of nutritional benefits and perfect for cleansing the body, reducing inflammation and boosting your immune system!


  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 celery rib, diced
  • 3 slices of ginger
  • 1/4 lemon, squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon of flaxseed
  • 2.5 cups of water


  1. Wash all ingredients well. Then place into a juicer or blender and mix for 1 minute. That’s it! Drink up 🙂

Notes & Nutrition:

Be sure to drink as soon as it has been mixed. This is because the nutrients of the juice degrades over time due to exposure to oxygen.
